We looked back and took stock of this year. There were plenty of challenges, but at least as much joy, succes and memorable moments. The world of Budapest rentals cloesd an exciting year, and so did Flatco, it’s market leader. Now to the math, let the numbers do the talking!
One year. 12 months, 254 working days, 2032 working hours per person-if we only look at the dry data it would be a rather boring summary. Fortunately, at Flatco our work was accompanied by a lot of novelties, creative projects, and innovative initiatives this year. We can say that 2022 was an engaging, busy, educational and last but not least a successful year. We learned and laughed a lot and we achieved our set targets.
This would not have been possible without two extra ingredients: we thank our fantastic employees for their dedication and professionalism throughout the year, and we also thank YOU, the members of Flatcommunity for trusting us again! Together with you we can strenghten our leading position on the Budapest rental market, with your support we can continue our mission to provide affordable premium housing options to the people living in the capital.
If you are wondering what we have been doing in the last 12 months, well here are our numbers form this year!
Buildings
1 – We advertised it in the summer, and in fall we rented out our newest apartment building from ground flor to the top flor. In the XIII. distict located in Teve street, our Teve33 building meets even the highest expectations with excellent public transportation options, affordable premium fully furnished flats and spacious cool community space or rather spaces because the list is long from club to sauna and gym. Everything brings the usual Flatco quality.
199 – at Teve33 all – that is just short of 200 – aparmtents have found their tenants. This means that after our Bárd utca project last year, we filled up another residential park in Budapest full with Flatco tenants!
12.600- In Budapest, we signed contracts for this many squaremeters of new rentals in 2022. To put it in perspective it is one and a half football fields or 16 handball courts or more than twice the size of the Hungarian State Opera House.
People
3 – Our Flatco card program has expanded with 3 new partners! Our old and new partners await you with super services, cool products and of course great discounts.
8 – We were able to welcome eight new colleagues to Flatco. Since it is extremely important for us that our tenants are satisfied with everything, we are constantly expanding and developing our team. In this way you can always meet professionals at our customer service, property managers and maintenance staff whether it is abut signing a contract or an SOS dripping tap.
343 – Hurray! Our community of tenants, the Flatcommunity has expanded with this many new members. We will do anything to ensure that when you move in, you will not only get the home of your dreams, but also a cohesive residential community where you can relax, study together and make new friends. With us, the neighbor is not grumpy nor is a live cctv but a cool, friendly young person like you, with whom you can find common ground in an instant. Check your dedicated facebook groups, there is a chance that a good little xbox or year-end party is being organised as you read this. Do not miss out on any of them!
