If you like living with us, recommend us to others! Not only will you help your relatives and friends find a cosy home that meets all their needs, but you’ll also get a discount on the rent! To qualify for the discount, you must not be in debt to us and your lease must not be in cancellation.

As soon as your friend has signed the lease, you can ask us to reduce your next month’s rent.
The discount is a one-off, but it increases with each new referral: so if you tell a lot of people about us, we’ll give you a bigger discount in return.

After the first successful referral, after signing the new rental contract, you will receive the 20.000 HUF discount!
Best Friends
If you choose us as your second friend, you will be entitled to a 25.000 HUF discount.
Best Friends Forever
If a third referral rents an apartment with us, you will receive a 30.000 HUF discount!
And if you successfully recommend us to other friends, you’ll be entitled to a one-off 30 0000 HUF discount on each new rental contract. It’s up to you how many times we can reduce your rent!
The same HUF 30,000 credit applies after the fourth, fifth… recommendation. Trust us, we’ll settle for you for as long as you like!
