Nothing is simpler than this, all you need is two things: 1. be our tenant (your contract should not be under termination period, and you should not owe us any money) and 2. bring us new customer(s)! To do this, you need to only follow these 3 tiny steps:
- If an acquaintance comes over for a movie night, or a relative sleeps at your place and they like the apartment, recommend Flatco to them, tell them about your positive experiences!
- Mention to the person in subject that when he/she contacts us, they have to mention that they came to Flatco through your recommendation.
- Claim your amazing, multi-level discount from us. We will deduct the amount of the discount from your next month’s rent.

A friend – best friend – BFF math
Relax, it will be simple, we will not even bother you with complicated mathematic equations! The discount we offer is a one-time discount, but it can be accumulated: that means, the more people you tell about us, the bigger the discount will be.
– After the first new tenant, who rented through your recommendation, signs the rental contract, you already enter the “Friend of Flatco” status, and we will deduct HUF 20,000 from your next month’s rent!
– If our second new tenant, who rented through your recommendation, signs the rental agreement, you level up to “Best Friend of Flatco” status, and we will deduct *an additional* HUF 25,000 from your next month’s rent!
– And if our third new tenant, who rented through your recommendation, also signs the rental agreement, you receive the “BFF of Flatco” status, and we will deduct *and additional* HUF 30,000 from your next month’s rent!
– This amount is valid after the fourth, fifth … recommendation as well, believe me, we will count with you for as long as possible!
