Of course the succes, no matter how much we believed in it was not guaranteed. After last year’s positive feedback we were very curious to see if you would welcome our next project with the same enthusiasm. The proximity of the Danube and the offices on Váci street were huge pluses -but we have to tell you , we were nervous In the end we had a great experience- „ I am happy to say that Teve33 performed as well as Bárd maybe even a little better. Months before the moving on date we had a very long waiting list of possible tenants so the real challenge was to find an appointment to everyone to present our sample flats and to sign the contract”- this is how Gábor Dobisz head of our property managment department described the behind the scene situation.

When we asked our property managers how they experienced the last few weeks , Dalma Szolyka revealed they are going through a busy period: „ I showed our sample flats from morning till dawn, while my phone was constantly buzzing from calls of more and more new possible tenants and when I got back to my computer there were dozens of emails waiting for me to answer”. Our exhausted team is satisifed, as it is good to see that the plot which was a construction site just recently , will soon become a super community full of residents.
