Surely this concept exists – or at least it exists now! In Budapestu2019s Bu00e1rd apartment house, the rental complex, rentals we have given way for celebration. We welcomed the new Flatco residents with a cozy house warming party where the neighbors could get to know each other and take part in exciting activities.
We are pleased to say that the 9th district’s largest rental apartments development was crowned with an informal, great atmosphere, conversational-drinking party. The residents of the 256 brand-new, all-in-one Flatco apartment complex have already moved in, so it was the perfect time to bring them together and build a true Flatcommunity. We held the big day in the middle of September and luckily the weather was on our side – so we filled with life not only the stylish communal spaces, but also the beautiful inner garden area.
Champions’ League
Well, what’s the point of a party without some competition? To make things interesting, we have created different challenges: the brave Flatco residents got into the ring for the honorary Bu00e1rd Champion title, they got challenged at the table football or in the world of FIFA on the X-box console.
And, what can we say, we have witnessed and participated in fierce matches! We knew that foosball was a passionate sport, but that video games could be enjoyed this much – for players and fans alike – that surprised us as well. We even enjoyed hanging out in Bardu2019s club room for a few hours and spent some time playing on the X-box.
Tricks and tips
Weu2019ve given our affordable premium apartment newcomers some tips and tricks on how they can make the most of their apartment or residential park. Those interested could listen to a detailed presentation about the Zipato smart home system – which is installed in every home in our Bu00e1rd Street building. The presentation revealed how to get the most out of your smart gadget.
As the complex proudly works on nearly zero energy consumption, offers spacious bike storage, an electric car charging station, and a fully equipped gym, we needed a program that will put the residents in motion. Robin Balogh and Vivien Hupczik, professional IFBB Pro fitness gurus – who even took place in a little photography session – gave professional advice on how to use the machines, how to put together different workouts, tips about a healthy lifestyle and diet. Thanks to Robin, those interested could also taste the Fitrade sports drinks.
Garden cinema mode: ON!
The evening program of the Bu00e1rd welcome party was as unique as possible because we had a 100% Flatco-style garden cinema! While the guests, thanks to the sponsoring of Bodega, relaxed in the garden with sandwiches, beer, and delicious soft drinks, based on the resident’s votes, we played the comedy called The Spy. Of course, the tasty, fresh popcorn was present as well.
But what makes a cinema night Flatco-style? Well, as you know, most of our apartments feature a sunny, spacious balcony, so residents whose windows faced towards the screen could watch the cinema from super VIP lodges from the comfort of their own homes.
The inauguration of the Bu00e1rd residential apartment was a complete success, we believe that a fantastic community was born. We thank all our residents for their participation, and we wish you a pleasant moving in time!
