The test period of the card concept in the Bárd Apartment Complex was successful and we were pleased that the “Bárd Card” was so popular among the residents, so we decided to extend the discounts to all Flatcommunity members. In other words, as a Flatco tenant, from December you can also enjoy the super benefits of the small card!

We were wondering how could we improve the lives of our tenant even further. We want to offer more than just four walls and a roof. We consider it our mission to offer affordable premium apartments to as many people as possible in Budapest, but it is also an important matter for us to build a community – the members of which we can surprise with extras. This is how the Flatco Card was born!
Behind the idea of the discount card lies the idea that we should build something that works with our tenant’s shopping and purchasing power. After all, we did not only choose locations for Flatco apartments that offer access to all kinds of transportation options, but we also made sure that everything is within easy reach, from public places up to the entertainment. Our community is made of hundreds of tenants that are part of a serious consumer group and attracts the attention of the small businesses, shops, and service providers in the area.

How can I use the Flatco Card?
