#1 Soul of the Home
Even if you live in a rented apartment in Budapest, the property can still be your home! Moreover, our interior designers work hard to offer you a unique, stylish, trendy living space, not a plain, impersonal one. However, you can always add a little to the decor yourself, so it will really represent your personality.
Imagine what theme would excite you the most. Would you stick with a classic seasonal theme? Would you rather display the world of your favourite movie? Or would you like to remember Summer days with some tropical leaves and jungle atmosphere? There are no limits! You can decorate with new pictures (you can even print posters or graphics), a couple of fun decorative accessories for your desk or counter, a stylish reading lamp, or even a garland! Spend an evening or two on this project and trust yourself: you can shape a whole new picture of your home with clever little details!
#2 Romantic Eskimo Dinner
Since each Flatco apartment is the proud owner of a spacious balcony, it would be a pity to miss out on an unusual evening!
Make mulled wine, pick up the fondue or the table grill (if you do not have one, no problem: borrow one from your neighbor) and prepare the scene. Pack the small table with candles, and decorate your surrounding with hanging fairy lights, put on some music for ambiance, prepare your thickest blankets, and then set the table.u00a0
A hot drink in the thermos will warm you up and the freshly prepared snacks will not even have a chance to cool down. You can even have a couple of shots to warm you up in the cold weather, this of course purely for your health’s sake.
Whether you eat alone, with your partner or roommate, you will definitely have a memorable evening. Warm jackets, hats, shoes will not hurt either and you are guaranteed to tell the story about the Eskimo dinner for years!

#3 Focus on the physique
Admit it, since the gyms got closed, your exercising has dropped to almost zero, hasn’t it?
It is especially important that you work your muscles thoroughly after a working day in front of your computer. Fortunately for you, the newly built residential complexes all have an inner courtyard, roof garden, and/or sports fields – take advantage of them! Dress well and head outside: you can jog, run, or walk for a good hour. If you have an available partner, you can organize an evening gym class spun with the phosphorescent frisbee. We love it!
#4 The absolute COVID-19 Coolness
When was the last time you played a board game? It is just the right time to play Monopoly in the virtual world, investigate or build an empire with your friends until dawn online! To the 2019 threat of infection, responded almost immediately, various online gaming platforms, so you can now play the online version of almost any board game on many different interfaces. Look around Tabletopia or Board Game Arena and choose to your liking.
It is no big deal: you all sign up, start the game of your choice (you will find everything from old favourites to the coolest new things) and the party can start! Turn on the Messenger Conference call so you can chat live. The experience will be at least as good as if you were really sitting at a table u2013 online gaming can be a great solution if you feel alone!

Streaming channels will never let you down, now you can choose from an amazing amount of content with only a couple of clicks away. Allow yourself to be lazy once a week, lounge on your super cosy sofa in the living room, and press the play button!
There may be news episodes from your favourite series, interesting, artistic documentaries, and if you feel like you can even start a Harry Potter Marathon. u00a0Keep an eye on the clock so you do not forget yourself in front of the screen until four in the morning. Have fun!
